Nancy Lee Broady Delin, of Oceanside, New York, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026, at the age of 88.
Nancy lived a full and active life marked by her strength, independence, and deep devotion to her family. She earned her Master’s Degree in Library Science from CW Post and spent her long career as a librarian at the Oceanside and Hewlett Public Libraries. She went on to serve as the Head Art Librarian for Nassau County.
Nancy had a lifelong love of the arts and an adventurous spirit that led her to travel extensively. She found joy in beauty, culture, and learning, and she carried that curiosity with her throughout her life.
Above all, Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her children: Bob and Cheryl Delin, Rick and Amy Delin, Debbie and Rob Wilhelm; her cherished grandchildren Benjamin, Aaron, Jared, Lindsay, AJ, Dana and Bobby; her new great-grandchildren Hailey, Jason, and Sophie; and her sister and brother-in-law Marianne and Harry Bloomfeld.
May her memory live on within all her family and friends as we continue to remember her beautiful smile and joyful laughter.
