Rosalie Weinstein

Roz Weinstein, originally of Brooklyn, New York, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026. Roz was born on October 29, 1946, to Jack and Anne Shapiro. She is survived by her loving husband, Hank, her two sons, Jerrold and Michael, her daughters-in-law, Judy and Jill, and her three grandchildren, Melissa, AJ, and Reese.

Roz, sometimes known as Rozi, or Fancy Nanny, but never as Rosalie Frances, adored her family, and enjoyed spending time with friends. She would never miss a birthday or anniversary, was extremely generous, rooted for whichever sports team her family rooted for, and was always there when needed.

At the time of her passing, Roz and Hank had been together for more than 60 years. And although their communication style was loud (Hank!), their love and affection for each other was unparalleled.

Keep Roz in your thoughts and prayers, and may her memory be a blessing.
