Sandra (Sand) S. Rotenberg (June 18, 1942 – June 27, 2022) of Boca Raton Florida, passed peacefully and gracefully in her sleep. Originally from London England (and born on the same day as Paul McCartney as she always liked to remind people), Sand came to the United States as a teenager with her sister Jacqueline and settled in Detroit Michigan. Along with her former husband Milton Rotenberg, they raised two sons Jay Rotenberg and Adam Rotenberg. One of them was her favorite, but that will remain a secret. In 1982, she moved to Florida to be with her most loving Significant Other Hank Goldman with whom she shared many happy decades and cherished moments until her passing. Sand’s most wonderful attribute was her kindness and graciousness to others. She loved meeting people and treated everyone as family and made them feel at home. Sand was always smiling, loving, laughing and caring for others. Along with her aforementioned family, Sand is survived by a wonderfully loving extended family of her nephews, her niece, cousins, the children and grandchildren of Hank Goldman, friends, neighbors and her longtime bowling teammates. She loved them all! Surrounded by her loved ones during her final days, Sand’s final words complimented the way she lived. They were, “I love you.”
